Everything was ok. My car was safe, no scratches. Only complain was that when I call them to pick me up from the airport the dispatcher didn’t complete the call, and I had to call again an hour later asking where my shuttle was. I dont think this happens often, but next time I will be sure not to let an hour go by before calling again. I was just being kind and waiting and trusting. I will use them again because I prioritize the lot safety.
I have used Park Plus at their other locations in the past, JFK, and Newark and have always been satisfied. I decided to try this location to save a few dollars per day. I was very satisfied with their service. The shuttle was prompt with them arriving every 15 minutes during the most traveled times of the day. The service does use the hotels shuttle bus, I only mention this so you do not look for a Park Plus vehicle. The return trip from the P-4 location was very smooth. I would definitely use this service and location again in the future. A side note, seems many flight attendants and pilots use this hotel as they were on the shuttle going and returning… a sign of reliability to me.

The service was amazing! The driver was friendly and helpful with my luggage. It was my first time using this service and I would definitely use them again. These drivers help the guests with their luggage, go above and beyond to make the guests comfortable and happy. What’s disturbing to me, is that the guests don’t tip. I’m a waitress, so you might say I’m bias, but I am surprised the guests don’t tip. These drivers work hard, to make the guests feel comfortable, the least they can do is show some appreciation. Maybe there should be a jar that says “Gratuity Appreciated.”
