If you are traveling with luggage it is easiest to drop your luggage and guests upstairs in the circle FIRST!
Proceed down ramp to 1st level and park in garage. Take stairs to lobby level and proceed to main entrance to catch the next Marriott Hotel Shuttle to the terminal. Be sure to take your parking ticket with you.
THE NUMBER FOR PICKUP IS 718-565-8900. THIS IS THE MARRIOTT FRONT DESK & THEY WILL DISPATCH A SHUTTLE TO PICK YOU UP. YOU MUST CALL FOR PICKUP. SHUTTLES RUN FROM 4:00 AM TO 1:30 AM DAILY.
Upon return call pick up number or use the Marriott Courtesy Phone to call for pick up. When dropped off at main entrance stop at the hotel front desk. Produce your parking reservation voucher from Park Plus and your parking ticket upon entry.
You will be given an exit pass. Proceed downstairs to retrieve your vehicle. Drive to exit gate and insert exit pass. Return to circle for your luggage and passengers.
* Please note if your stay goes past the time previously reserved you will be subject to the current Hotel Daily Rate currently in effect, unless you call Park Plus directly to make a new reservation for the overtime.

Great parking option, close to the airport and like being able to use the Marriott shuttle. But the lack of instructions–what to print, what to do when you get to the Marriott to leave your car and the process for picking up when you return is frustrating. The first time I used this service there were people milling around trying to figure out what to do, and the desk staff at the hotel couldn’t answer questions. Not what you want when you’re trying to make a flight or after a long day of travel! Better instructions would be great–even better, print them on the voucher!
I too was just a little frustrated upon checking in and also on the return. I went into the hotel and asked about how it works (had my printed paid receipt/reservation in hand) but all they said was show the paid receipt when I come back. So I parked okay and when I came back three days later I figured the time card would indicate I paid but when I went to drive out it wanted the full amount again. So I had to maneuver around other cars exiting (after holding them up behind me), go back into the hotel and showed the desk clerk my prepaid amount. Only then did she give me a special card to exit the lot. Why didn’t they tell me the procedure when I dropped off the car ?? Otherwise for LGA the price is excellent and a lot safer in the Marriott lot versus other street lots with all kinds of nefarious characters working there.
I like the idea of parking myself and keeping my keys, rather than using a valet, but somehow lost my keys over vacation last Christmas. Upon arriving back in NY and explaining my situation to the Marriott desk clerk, I was thrilled to learn that someone had found my keys on the ground near my car and the hotel had held them for me for a week! Not only was a disaster avoided, but I also got to see how terrific New Yorkers can be. Thanks so much!
Parking was really easy and also the parking attendant, he guided us where to park and what to do upon arrival. Exit was also easy, just called the hotel for the pickup and shuttle was there in few minutes and once arrived handed over the paid receipt to the front desk and they gave the exit ticket. Easy. Booking again for future.
Excellent place to park, just followed the online information and used the shuttle to and from the airport, will definitely use again for vacation next year.
