    How does it work with ParkPlus Airport Parking, from finding a space, parking at the location, and getting a ride to and from the airport?

    ParkPlus Airport Parking partners with select hotel and garage facilities to offer discounted parking services for airports across the country. Select the nearby facility where you prefer to valet or self-park your vehicle and select any additional services available during the reservation process. Once you pick your quote and book your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your details. Remember to print two (2) copies of your reservation, one for your records and the other to be brought to your reserved facility when you arrive at check-in. The parking team will assist you with finding a parking space and directing you to the shuttle. Our complimentary shuttles will transport you directly to the airport terminal for departure!

    How often do the shuttles operate? Is it included in the cost?

    Our complimentary shuttles will transport you directly to the airport terminal for departure! The LaGuardia Marriott Hotel’s shuttle runs from 4:00 am – 1:30 am every 30 minutes, 7 days a week. The Renaissance Newark Hotel’s shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

    Do we need to contact the hotel to schedule the shuttle pick-up from the airport?

    Pick up You must schedule a pickup for both LaGuardia and for Newark.

    For LaGuardia upon return to the airport, call the hotel using a courtesy phone or call 718-565-8900 for shuttle pick up.

    For Newark upon return to the airport, call the hotel using a courtesy phone or call 908-436-4600 for shuttle pick up.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    All reservations can be canceled until departure time (local time zone) without penalty. Reservations canceled after departure will incur a $5 cancellation fee; if canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure due to flight cancellation, proof of canceled flight is required. Reservations canceled after 24hrs post departure are not eligible for a refund.

    I am looking for a parking location that I do not see anymore as an option. Do you have any locations that aren’t Newark or LaGuardia available?

    We currently only serve LaGuardia (LGA) and Newark (EWR) airports. We are actively looking for additional partners at all NYC airports – JFK, LGA, EWR, & HPN.

    My flight has been changed, can I change my booking reservation dates and times?

    You can change your ParkPlus reservation dates & times by clicking on the edit/cancel button in your confirmation email up to 2 hours before the reservation starts. Depending on when you booked, the rates may be different; any adjustments would be charged at the prevailing rate(s).

    If you need to shorten your reservation after the starting time found on your booking reservation, you may pick up your car earlier than the reservation time states but is not eligible for a refund.

    How do I figure out how much time I need to add for getting to and from the airport?

    TSA recommends arriving at the airport 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.

    Our facilities’ shuttles run every 30 minutes; we recommend you arrive at your reserved location no less than 45 minutes before the time you want to arrive at the airport to ensure you find a parking space, collect your luggage and belongings, and make your way to the shuttle pickup if self-parking. If valet parking, we recommend 30 minutes.

    I keep getting a message of Reservation Blackout when I am trying to make a reservation. Am I doing something wrong? What does that mean?

    You are doing absolutely nothing wrong. When you see the message “Reservation Blackout” it means we are unable to accept any reservations currently because the facility has no more spaces available on your selected dates through ParkPlus Airport Parking, we are sold out.

    I haven’t received an email confirmation of my parking reservation, what do I do?

    If you made a parking reservation and did not receive a confirmation email, you can view all previous bookings on ParkPlus’ My Account page. If you have not created an account, please email airportparking@townepark.com to have a reservation confirmation emailed to you.

    My flight is delayed, and I won’t make it back in time for the departure time of my reservation, what do I need to do?

    If your flight is delayed less than 24 hours, you can proceed to the facility as you usually would. If you have overstayed your reserved duration, there may be an additional hourly/daily charge on-site to pay. If you are delayed longer than 24 hours, please notify us at airportparking@townepark.com so we can assist you and notify the facility to ensure you are all set.

    I booked the reservation with a different car/vehicle than I will be using, what do I need to do to change it?

    You can change vehicle details by logging into your account here or by clicking the edit/cancel button in your confirmation email.

    Does this reservation provide in and out parking or do I have to leave my car there the whole time?

    If you have booked an airport parking reservation (multi-day) you do not have access to go in and out with your vehicle.  If you exit the facility before your pre-booked departure time, the remainder of your reservation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
